NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES
1. Full Notary Public Services for use globally
2. Witnessing and attesting the execution of powers of attorney and other commercial documents
3. Certification of True Copies and Originals (e.g passports, certificates of incorporation, resolutions, Bizprofiles, birth and marriage certificates, and other similar documents)
4. Issuance of Notarial Certificates and assisting to apply for legislation and authentication

Witnessing execution by one person on each document $40
Witnessing execution by Company (inclusive of Notarial Certificate) $150
Witnessing same document to be executed by second person Additional $20

Mandatory Singapore Academy of Law Authentication Fee (Per Notarial Certificate) $80 + GST (charged by SAL)
Mandatory Notarial Certificate Fee S$75
​Please note that from 15 February 2017 onwards, notaries public are required to issue a notarial certificate for each document that they verify. In addition, from 1 October 2019 onwards, every notarial certificate has to be authenticated by the Singapore Academy of Law and would cost an additional $87.20 authentication fee which we are obliged to collect on behalf of SAL.​
